The AI range covers every major illuminator geometry used in machine vision: ring lights, bar lights, backlights, dark-field illuminators, coaxial lights, dome lights, spot lights, line lights and UV systems. Each family is available in multiple wavelengths and form factors, with IP-rated and washdown-compatible models across most product families.

Where an application demands a specific optical geometry not met by the standard catalogue (a non-standard wavelength combination, an unusual form factor, or an OEM integration requiring a custom drive), AI’s custom engineering capability covers the gap.

AI illuminators are designed for the physical demands of industrial inspection: continuous operation at elevated ambient temperatures, chemical and washdown exposure in food and pharmaceutical environments, and the vibration and shock loads of high-throughput production lines. IP ratings, thermal management and electrical compliance are engineered in, not retrofitted.
