Laser modules for machine vision and measurement
The Z-LASER module range covers line lasers, cross lasers, dot lasers, multi-line and custom structured light patterns across wavelengths from violet through red to NIR. Designed as components for integration into machine vision systems, 3D measurement instruments, scanners and sensor heads, with the optical quality, stability and long service life that OEM integration demands.
Every module is characterised for fan angle, line homogeneity and power stability. Where a standard configuration does not meet the optical requirement, Z-LASER engineers a custom variant through their structured product customisation process.
ZLP laser guidance projectors
ZLP systems project assembly instructions, part positions and inspection markings directly onto the work surface or component. Manual assembly lines, kitting stations, composite layup and quality inspection are all served by the ZLP platform, which connects to the factory network and draws layouts from a central content library.
The result is a paperless assembly process with operator guidance delivered at the point of work, reducing error, accelerating training and eliminating the dependency on printed work instructions or monitor-mounted diagrams.
