About the 3D PRO Mini
The 3D PRO Laser Mini takes the structured light platform down to a 10mm diameter cylindrical housing, for machine vision systems where space is restricted. At 12g it is the lightest laser module in the range, and like the standard 3D PRO it is supplied with a customer-specified fixed focus.
Line widths reach 30um at 120mm, with a standard uniformity option of 22.5% and a higher uniformity option of 12.5%. Wavelengths at 635nm to 850nm are available with diode powers from 1mW to 20mW. Fan angles between 10 and 90 degrees can be specified, with 1, 5, 7, up to 65 line, spot and crosshair diffractive options.
Supply is 2.7VDC to 6.0VDC at up to 150mA, and TTL modulation from 0Hz to 100kHz is available as an option. Bore sighting is under 1mrad and the anodized aluminum housing is rated IP56.
