AL-S025300 EuroBrite™ Bar Light

The AL-S025300 is a EuroBrite bar light that brings high-intensity illumination to machine vision lines at a competitive price point. It connects through a standard coded 5-pin M12, so an integrator can use cable already on the shelf and keep one connector type across a station.

At 245 g the light adds almost nothing to a moving axis or an overhead frame. Eleven emitter choices run from 455 to 940 nm plus white, matching the fixture to the contrast the target needs.

Strobe control drives the light up to five times its continuous rating on an active high signal, lifting brightness for short exposures on fast-moving parts, and trigger-to-pulse latency is 10 microseconds so the flash lands inside a tight camera window. Analogue intensity control runs 0.7 to 10 V for 10 to 100 percent output. The light takes 24 V nominal across a 22 to 28 V range at 0.42 to 0.49 A maximum, works from 0 to 60 degrees C, and is photobiological risk Group 1, with the 850 and 940 nm versions exempt.
