About the AI-AL126-W
The AL126 is a high dispersion narrow bar light for machine vision work that needs soft, scattered illumination from a slim fixture. A 20.0 by 20.0 mm profile fits the tight gaps beside a conveyor or inside a machine guard where a wider bar will not go.
Weight is about 63 g per 4 inch of length, light enough to mount on a robot arm or a moving gantry without a bracket redesign. Lengths run 80.1 to 537.2 mm on an M4 mounting nut channel, so the emitting length can be matched to the part and the fixture positioned anywhere along its own base.
Thirteen wavelengths are available from 365 to 940 nm plus white, with a diffuser or polarizer to cut specular return. The AL126 range is rated for 25 to 60 degrees C case and 0 to 35 degrees C ambient, carries CE, RoHS and IEC 62471, holds L70 at 50,000 hours on white, and comes at IP50 or IP65 for wash-down positions.
