AL143 2×3 Spot Light

The AL143 is a 2 by 3 spot light for stations needing high intensity over a rectangular area. An extrusion-based aluminium housing gives the assembly structural rigidity and scales across the family, so a larger or smaller emitting area uses the same mounting scheme.

An array of 1 in by 1 in light panels forms the emitting surface, producing highly uniform output and avoiding the bright centre and dark corners that make thresholds unreliable. The standard body measures 115.2 mm by 61.9 mm by 26.0 mm and the sealed version 119.2 mm by 61.9 mm by 26.3 mm, so the sealed option fits the same footprint.

At 140 g the head is light enough for robot and gantry mounting, and a mounting nut channel trims the position after installation. The AL143 range covers wavelengths from 365 nm to 940 nm and white, narrow 10 degree, medium 25 degree and wide 40 degree lensing, diffuser or polarizer conditioning, and IP50 or IP65 sealing, with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours.
