About the AI-AL150-W
The AL150 is a BALA bar light for inspection lines that need one continuous strip of illumination across a wide target. Lengths reach 2095.1 mm in a single fixture, so a web, a conveyor or a long assembly is lit without butting several lights together and dealing with the seams between them.
A 38.8 by 28.4 mm extrusion gives the mass to spread heat along the run, and an M6 mounting nut channel takes the heavier brackets a long light needs. The shortest length is 47.6 mm, so the same series covers a small station and a full-width web.
Six wavelengths are available, white plus 395, 470, 520, 625 and 880 nm, with a diffuser or polarizer for shadow and reflection control. The AL150 is rated IP50 and runs at 25 to 60 degrees C case and 0 to 35 degrees C ambient. It carries CE, RoHS and IEC 62471, and white versions hold L70 at 50,000 hours.
