About the AI-AL247-W
The AL247 is an UltraSeal bar light for food, beverage and pharmaceutical lines where the fixture is cleaned with the equipment around it. An IP69K rating covers high-pressure hot water wash-down, so the light stays in place through a full sanitation cycle.
A stainless steel housing option with 18-8 stainless fasteners, a stainless strain relief and rubberised epoxy sealing suits the detergents used in those plants. The 42.9 by 24.0 mm body runs 206.25 to 663.45 mm long on M4 mounting holes, and weighs about 417 g per 6 inch of length.
Eleven wavelengths are available, white plus 455, 470, 505, 530, 590, 625, 660, 730, 850 and 940 nm. Lensing comes in narrow at 10 degrees, medium at 25 degrees or wide at 40 degrees, which sets how tightly the output falls on the belt at the working distance. The AL247 runs at 25 to 60 degrees C case and 0 to 35 degrees C ambient, carries CE, RoHS and IEC 62471, and holds L70 at 50,000 hours on white.
