About the AI-AL295-W
The AL295 is a MicroBrite bar light that puts high-intensity illumination into a compact, space-saving form factor. A 20.0 by 20.0 mm profile fits where a full-size bar light will not, letting the light sit close to the part inside a machine or beside a narrow conveyor.
Lengths run 105.2 to 486.2 mm on an M4 mounting nut channel, so the emitting length matches the field and the fixture slides to position without drilling a new bracket. Weight is about 762 g per 150 mm of length.
Fifteen wavelengths are available from 365 to 940 nm plus white, the widest choice in the MicroBrite family, which covers UV fluorescence work through to infrared. Lensing comes as medium at 20 degrees or wide at 32 degrees, with a diffuser option to soften the output. The AL295 is rated IP50, runs at 25 to 60 degrees C case and 0 to 35 degrees C ambient, carries CE, RoHS and IEC 62471, and holds L70 at 50,000 hours on white.
