About the AI-AL325-W
The AL325 is a modular bar light that adapts to the application through its optics, built for inspection lines where one fixture family has to cover several jobs. Lengths run 159.3 to 2147.1 mm, so the same product serves a small station and a full-width web.
A 39.8 by 45.2 mm extrusion with an M6 mounting nut channel carries the weight and heat of a long run, and the light comes in at about 526 g per 300 mm. Six lensing options set the beam at 14, 25, 36 or 55 degrees, elliptical at 45 by 15 degrees, or non-lensed, which lets the same length be tuned to the working distance on each station.
Sixteen wavelengths are available from 365 to 940 nm plus white. Light conditioning adds a homogenizer, diffuser, polarizer and transversal or longitudinal oblique options for shadow and reflection control. The AL325 is offered at IP50 and IP65, runs at 25 to 60 degrees C case and 0 to 35 degrees C ambient, and carries CE, RoHS and IEC 62471 with L70 at 50,000 hours on white.
