About the AI-BL313-W
The BL313 Series is a medium intensity linear backlight producing highly diffuse illumination for line scan work and for general vision as a non-directional bar light. An M4 mounting channel on the base sets the position and angle after installation, so the light is trimmed to the part without a new bracket.
Lengths run 80.1 mm to 537.2 mm at 32.2 mm wide and 21.7 mm high, and the extrusion-based aluminium housing scales in one dimension so a longer part needs only a longer unit. A sealed build adds 4 mm of length at the same width and height, keeping the fixture unchanged in moderately harsh environments.
A universal LED pad design carries eight wavelengths, so one housing covers a wide range of spectral needs. Standard units weigh around 213 g per 4 in of length and white light lumen maintenance is L70 at 50,000 hours. The BL313 range covers white, 455 nm, 470 nm, 530 nm, 590 nm, 625 nm, 850 nm and 940 nm, with IP50 and IP65 options and build-to-order lead times of one to two weeks.
