About the PPX-COBRA-FX3-395
The COBRA Cure FX3 is a compact, high-power UV LED curing system for inks, coatings and adhesives, ink pinning and 3D printing. It is offered in modules from 77 mm up to 600 mm in a single housing, so the cured width is matched to the application without joining separate lamps.
Edge to edge illumination makes the system truly scalable with minimal drop in intensity at the edges, which keeps cure uniform where modules meet. The lamps can be factory set to a customer-specified linear intensity profile and maximum intensity value, so performance is consistent lamp to lamp across a fleet.
The FX3 delivers up to 20 W/cm2 or a dose of up to 40 J/cm2 at 10 mm per second, industry leading figures for fan-cooled systems according to third party tests, without compromising lifetime or reliability. Instant on/off and intensity control suit intermittent running, and the cold cure output protects heat sensitive substrates with no ozone and no mercury. The COBRA Cure FX3 range covers 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm.
