About the PPX-COBRA-MINI-395
The COBRA Cure Mini is a low weight, compact, fan-cooled UV LED curing system for high-speed single and multi-pass printers where installation space is restricted and weight matters. The control electronics are housed separately, which brings the light head down to 33.4 mm by 57 mm by 30 mm.
At less than 175 g the head is suitable for compact translation systems, so it rides on a printer carriage without loading the drive or limiting acceleration. Chip-on-Board LED array design keeps intensity and dose high despite the small package.
The Mini delivers intensities up to 6 W/cm2 and a factory set dose of up to 9 J/cm2 at 2 mm across an illumination area of 36 mm by 13.5 mm, which is enough to cure at speed on a narrow swath. The COBRA Cure Mini range covers 365 nm, 385 nm and 395 nm with linear intensity control options, and suits UV curing of inks, coatings and adhesives as well as 3D printing.
