DF241 Small Low Angle Dark Field Ring

The DF241 is a very low angle dark field ring light for demanding inspection of flat, specular reflective parts. Evenlite precision LED aiming focuses the emitters to a point, producing a thin, uniform slice of light with a small footprint on target, so minor scratches and pits stand out against a dark background.

The head measures 140.2 mm square and only 14.2 mm high, with a 121.4 mm inner diameter that clears standard optics while staying flat enough to fit above a conveyor. It must sit no more than 25 mm from the surface, and that low profile makes the standoff practical inside a machine guard.

Two field sizes of 25 mm and 35 mm are chosen at time of order, so the light arrives matched to the inspection window. White light lumen maintenance is L70 at 50,000 hours for stable contrast, and the anodised aluminium and powder coated steel body weighs 449 g. The DF241 range offers moderate intensity in white and five wavelengths from 395 nm to 880 nm, certified to CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
