DL067 Wide Linear Diffuse Light

The DL067 Series is a wide linear diffuse tunnel light for area scan inspection of specular reflective parts, particularly curved surfaces needing indirect diffused light. A 1.5 in diameter centred camera view port is standard, so the camera looks through the tunnel at a part lit from every angle with no hot spot.

Lengths run 172.7 mm to 934.7 mm at 306.8 mm wide and 180.8 mm high, with a 12 in by 12 in emitting area as standard. Part of the Expandable Series, the extrusion-based aluminium housing scales in one dimension, so a longer part is covered without a custom build. Two M6 mounting channels on both ends give adjustable and stable positioning.

Two, three and four port models are build-to-order, and custom port diameters, including elongated ports, and locations let several cameras share one tunnel. High power LEDs run continuously with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours. The DL067 range covers white and ten wavelengths from 455 nm to 940 nm, with cable inline and external controllers.
