DL071 Large Area Diffuse Light

The DL071 Series is a large area diffuse dome light engineered to provide uniform light over medium to large targets. The hemispherical geometry throws light onto the part from many angles and directions at once, which avoids the hot-spot reflections that curved reflective surfaces produce under directional light.

The dome measures 530.9 mm by 552.0 mm and 297.3 mm high, so it covers a large part in one exposure, and it suits installations where the working envelope is free of space constraints. Four M6 mounting points on the top surface allow the dome to be hung and adjusted from above, keeping the working area underneath clear.

High power industrial grade LEDs run strobed or continuous with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours, holding even illumination over long runs. The unit weighs 6168 g and is built in painted and polyurethane aluminium with an acrylic window. The DL071 range covers white and ten wavelengths from 455 nm to 940 nm, with cable inline and external controllers giving dimming and strobing control.
