DL151 Narrow Linear Diffuse Light

The DL151 Series is a narrow linear diffuse tunnel light for line scan inspection that needs indirect diffused light arriving from multiple angles of incidence. The tunnel shape wraps the light around the imaged line, so a reflective or textured surface is lit evenly with no directional hot spot.

Lengths run 67.7 mm to 321.7 mm at 77.9 mm wide and 40.7 mm high, small enough to fit a line scan station where a large area tunnel will not go. Part of the Expandable Series, the extrusion-based aluminium housing scales in one dimension so a wider web needs only a longer unit.

Two M6 mounting channels on both ends give adjustable and stable positioning from either end of the frame. Standard units weigh around 421 g per 12 in of length and white light lumen maintenance is L70 at 50,000 hours. The DL151 range covers white, 455 nm, 470 nm, 530 nm, 590 nm, 625 nm, 850 nm and 940 nm, with cable inline and external controllers for dimming and strobing.
