About the AI-DL194-W
The DL194 is a small hemispherical dome light engineered for class-leading intensity over small to medium targets. The dome geometry delivers indirect diffuse light from many angles and directions, which avoids the hot-spot reflections that curved reflective surfaces produce under directional light.
At 133.4 mm in diameter and 72.9 mm high the DL194 fits a compact station, and at 440 g it is light enough to mount on a moving axis. Four M6 mounting points on the top surface let it be hung and adjusted from above, keeping the working area underneath clear.
High power industrial grade LEDs run strobed or continuous with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours, holding even illumination through long runs. The DL194 range covers white and ten wavelengths from 455 nm to 940 nm, plus an RGB build designed to operate with Advanced Illumination multi-channel current source controllers, so colour can be changed in software between inspections. The housing is die cast aluminium with a white enamel interior and black epoxy powder coat outside.
