About the AI-DL2230-W
The DL2230 Series is a compact hemispherical dome light for curved, specular reflective surfaces at very short working distances. At 71.9 mm square and 45.4 mm high it fits into small spaces where a full-size dome has no room, and four opposing M4 mounting points allow adjustable positioning once it is in place.
Evenlite targeted LEDs create a small-area hemispherical light geometry, giving indirect diffuse illumination from many angles and directions so a curved reflective part shows no hot spot. Standard intensity suits moderate speed inspection while providing more power on target than similar compact domes.
The anodised aluminium and cold rolled steel housing weighs 362 g, light enough for a moving axis, and white light lumen maintenance is L70 at 50,000 hours. The DL2230 range covers white, 470 nm, 530 nm and 625 nm in the visible plus 395 nm ultraviolet and 880 nm near-infrared, so fluorescence and infrared tasks are served by the same housing. Cable inline and external controllers are available for dimming and strobing.
