LBL200 Bar Light

Introduction

A sealed 200 mm line bar built for uniformity.

The LBL200 is a precision line light: 200 mm of even, white illumination sealed to IP67 and aimed at reading tasks where consistency along the line matters more than raw output. It is the bar for web inspection and OCR, where a uniform strip of light is what lets a camera read reliably across the full width of a moving part.

Sealed, uniform line light

Two things define the LBL200: the seal and the evenness. IP67 takes it into wet and dusty environments a standard line bar would not survive, and the design is built for high uniformity along its length — so a line-scan camera or an OCR read sees the same illumination edge to edge. Peak output reaches 500 kLux in strobe, which freezes a fast-moving web without motion blur. It runs on a standard 24 V DC supply across a wide -10 to +50 °C range.

Line-scan and reading tasks that need an even, sealed strip of light — web inspection, OCR and code reading, and surface inspection on moving product.

Where it fits

The LBL200 is the shorter of the sealed LBL line bars; the LBL400 covers a wider field at the same IP67 sealing. Where the read is across a narrower web and the environment is wet or dusty, this is the fit.
