About the AI-LL137-W
The LL137 is a medium intensity line light for line scan inspection, engineered to be flexible and affordable. An embedded driver is standard, giving 0 to 10 volt DC analogue dimming and on/off gating without an external or inline controller, which cuts the cabinet hardware a station needs.
Lengths run 82.3 mm to 2444.5 mm at 50.2 mm wide, and the extrusion-based aluminium housing scales in one dimension so a wider web needs only a longer unit. An M6 mounting channel on the base allows the position and angle to be set after installation. Four focal lengths cover a range of line widths and working distances from the same housing.
Standard units weigh around 997 g per 6 in of length, and white light lumen maintenance is L70 at 50,000 hours. The LL137 range covers white, 455 nm, 530 nm, 625 nm, 850 nm and RGB, with a "C1" build for use with DCS controllers and an optional "IC" model carrying manual dimming potentiometers for each 6 in segment. The housing is rated IP50.
