LL230 Ultra High Intensity Line Light

The LL230 Series is an ultra high intensity line light built for the most extreme line scan lighting requirements. It provides 2,100 klx at a 75 mm working distance, which holds a usable exposure at line rates where a standard high intensity head runs out of light.

The series is pre-engineered for expandability in 150 mm increments up to 2400 mm, so the illuminated line matches the web width without a custom build and a later widening of the line reuses the same design. A 300 mm model weighs 2082.0 g.

The LL230 requires an external constant current source controller delivering approximately 5 A at 48 volt DC per 150 mm of light length, which is what supports the output; Advanced Illumination recommends and supplies the Meanwell HLG-240H-48x series so the correct supply arrives with the light. Normal operating temperature is 0 to 60 degrees C and lumen maintenance is L70 at 50,000 hours. The LL230 range covers white, 455 nm, 530 nm and 625 nm, all Group 3 high-risk for photobiological safety, certified to CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
