LL232 MicroBrite™ Line Light

The LL232 is a MicroBrite line light for line scan work in spaces that will not take a standard high intensity line light. At 20.0 mm wide and 20.1 mm high it fits behind guarding and between rollers where a full-size head has no room.

A Fresnel focusing lens gives an optimal line focus at 75 mm working distance, which suits the short standoffs those tight spaces impose. Lengths run 72.9 mm to 784.1 mm and the extrusion-based aluminium housing scales in one dimension, so the line matches the part without a custom build. An M4 mounting channel on the base allows the position and angle to be set after installation.

High thermal efficiency is a hallmark of the MicroBrite series and lets high power industrial grade LEDs run continuously in the small housing, with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours. Standard units weigh around 762 g per 150 mm of length. The LL232 range covers white, 455 nm, 660 nm, 730 nm, 850 nm and 940 nm, with cable inline and external controllers.
