LL330 Sealed High Intensity Line Light

The LL330 Series is a sealed high intensity line light for demanding industrial environments, rated IP67 and completely protected from dust and debris. It suits sheetrock, lumber, ceramics and stone lines where airborne particulate would put an unsealed light out of service.

Lengths run 159.8 mm to 1059.8 mm at 68.6 mm wide and 92.9 mm high, scaling in 150 mm increments up to 1 m, and an end-to-end stackable design carries the line past 1 m without a gap. Two M6 mounting channels on each side give adjustable and stable positioning from either direction of the frame.

Passive thermal management removes the need for active cooling fans, which keeps maintenance low and adds nothing that can draw dust into the housing, and the case runs to 70 degrees C. Converging optics with an optimal working distance of 25 mm or collimating optics suit different geometries, and an embedded control option sits inside the light head. The LL330 range covers white and twelve wavelengths from 365 nm to 940 nm, with L70 lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours.
