LRHP45 Compact Ring Light

Introduction

A compact dual-row ring that mounts straight onto the camera lens tube.

The LRHP45 is the compact member of the LUMIMAX high-power dual-row ring family. It is built to mount directly on a camera lens tube rather than on a separate bracket, so it sits close to the optical axis in a tight space — and despite the size, the dual-row layout drives up to 4 Mlux in strobe mode.

Compact, close to the axis

Mounting on the lens tube is the point of the LRHP45: it keeps the ring tight to the optical axis and out of the way in a crowded station, where a larger bracket-mounted ring will not fit. The dual-row LED layout keeps the intensity high for the size — up to 4 Mlux in a strobe pulse, enough to freeze fast motion close in — and its wide 150° spread lights the field evenly at short working distances. It seals to IP64 and runs on a standard 24 V DC supply across a -10 to +50 °C range.

Applications

Compact, high-intensity incident ring lighting for machine vision in tight spaces, including strobed inspection — surface and code reading, presence and absence, and small-part illumination directly on the lens.
