About the LMX-LSR24
The LSR is the LUMIMAX miniature ring light, built for short working distance inspection up to 250 mm. Its body is compact enough to assemble straight onto the lens, which removes the mounting bracket and keeps the light concentric with the optical axis by construction.
A 24 mm inner diameter suits the small format lenses used on compact cameras. A dark field version turns the surface reflection away from the camera so defects come up bright, and an optional dome extension gives shadow-free light for convex and mirror-like parts, so one small family covers three geometries.
A representative flash article carries 16 High Power LEDs at intensity level i2 behind a 26 mm by 43 mm light area, drawing 0.4 A at 24 V DC for 164 W with the FLC1 controller, with flash times of 100 to 750 microseconds for sharp images on moving product. The anodised aluminium head is 45 mm by 13 mm, weighs 90 g and is rated IP64. The LSR range covers blue, green, red, 7300 K white and 850 nm infrared.
