About the Photon PRO
The Photon PRO is engineered for harsh environments and locations that are difficult to access once a system is running. An IP67 stainless steel housing threaded M12 X 0.5mm resists water, dust, shock and vibration, and an innovative near-end-of-life indicator gives visual confirmation that a laser needs to be changed, so replacement can be planned instead of forced.
Digital control and monitoring over RS232, configured through a user-friendly GUI, sets laser power and modulation frequency and returns ten monitoring parameters and ten fault flags. Four wavelengths are available at 520nm, 635nm, 650nm and 785nm, maximum optical output of 20mW, and bore sight accuracy of less than 1.0 degree off axis from a 12mm diameter body.
Optics include an elliptical spot or a 30 degree line, collimated or focused at 1m, with a minimum line thickness of 170um at 1m working distance.
