About the AI-RLS052120-W
The RL-S052120 is a EuroBrite ring light for general inspection where high intensity matters and budget is tight. An IP67 sealed housing keeps water and dust out, so the light goes straight onto a wash-down line without an enclosure.
The head accepts a standard coded 5-pin M12 cable, so it connects with cordsets already stocked for the sensors and cameras on the machine. At 172.4 g it carries on a moving axis or robot wrist without meaningful load.
Strobe control allows up to five times overdrive, giving the light needed to freeze fast-moving parts at short exposure, and trigger-to-pulse latency of 10 microseconds keeps the flash tight to the camera trigger. Analogue intensity control from 0.7 V to 10 V sets brightness from 10 to 100 per cent, so exposure can be tuned in software. The RL-S052120 range covers white and ten wavelengths from 455 nm to 940 nm, runs on 24 V nominal from 0 to 60 degrees C, and is certified to CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
