RL113 High Intensity Bright Field Ring

The RL113 is a high intensity bright field ring light for on-axis and off-axis inspection of flat, non-reflective surfaces in wash-down and dusty production areas. Its IP67 sealed housing survives direct hosing and airborne debris, so the light stays in service where lighter-rated heads need replacing.

The ring measures 152.4 mm outside with a 66.0 mm inner diameter and stands 40.7 mm high, giving room for standard machine vision lenses in a compact assembly. A wider emitting surface makes narrow 10 degree lensing available alongside medium 25 degree and wide 40 degree optics, which extends the RL113 to longer working distances where output has to stay concentrated.

A universal LED pad design carries wavelengths from 365 nm to 940 nm and white, so a new inspection task is met by a new build of the same light. White light lumen maintenance is L70 at 50,000 hours for stable long-term brightness, and the 725 g anodised aluminium housing meets CE, RoHS and IEC 62471. Narrow lens availability depends on the wavelength and LED type ordered.
