RL127 Large High Dispersion Bright Field

The RL127 is a large diffuse bright field ring light for on-axis inspection of non-reflective surfaces from flat to moderately mixed height. An array of 1 in by 1 in light panels builds the emitting surface, producing highly uniform output across the whole ring and keeping brightness even on large parts.

Diameters run 80.1 mm to 537.2 mm with a 66.4 mm inner diameter and a 32.2 mm width, so the RL127 covers fields of view far wider than a standard ring light while staying shallow enough to mount close to the camera. An IP67 sealed housing handles wash-down and dusty lines, keeping the light in production where cleaning is routine.

The LEDs run without secondary lenses, so dispersion is broad and the light falls over a wide area with soft shadows, which suits close-up work and larger fields of view at longer working distances. A standard unit weighs 308 g and holds L70 lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours. The RL127 range spans 375 nm to 940 nm and white, with film polarizer and extra diffuser options.
