RL208 MicroBrite™ Bright Field Ring

The RL208 Series is a compact bright field ring light for on-axis and off-axis inspection of flat matte parts, including surfaces with natural colour variation. Four opposing M4 mounting points let the head be clamped and aimed directly in the machine frame, so it drops into an existing station without brackets.

Outer diameters run 95.3 mm to 246.9 mm with inner diameters of 50 mm to 200 mm, so the series sits close around a small lens or clears a large one. Height is 32.5 mm across every size, keeping the ring shallow enough to mount near the camera.

High power LEDs run continuously or strobed with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours, so brightness stays predictable across long production runs, and weights of 181 g to 544 g suit robot and gantry mounting. The RL208 range covers sixteen wavelengths from 365 nm to 940 nm including white, medium 20 degree and wide 32 degree lensing, and a choice of drive options. The IP50 housing meets CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
