RL2316 Compact Aimed Bright Field Ring

The RL2316 is a compact aimed bright field ring light for inspecting small, non-reflective objects in space-constrained installations. Two M3 mounting screws fix a head just 54.5 mm across and 19.7 mm high, so it fits stations where a conventional ring light would not clear the hardware.

The 23.4 mm inner diameter suits the small format lenses used on compact cameras, and at 58.9 g the head adds almost nothing to a moving axis. Precisely aimed LEDs put the light along the viewing axis with a level of control conventional illuminators cannot match, which gives an even return from the surface and repeatable contrast between stations.

Standoff distance and field of view are set at time of order, so the light arrives matched to the inspection geometry and needs no adjustment on site. An IP40 rating and a 0 to 60 degrees C operating range cover normal factory conditions, with L70 lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours. The RL2316 range covers white, 395 nm, 470 nm, 520 nm, 625 nm, 660 nm and 880 nm, with optional diffuser and polarizer configurations.
