RL322 UltraSeal™ Ring Light

Introduction

A washdown ring for the hygienic line: IP69K and crevice-free.

The RL322 is the UltraSeal ring — the ring-light counterpart to the AL247 UltraSeal bar, and built for the same environment. Its crevice-free design gives contaminants nowhere to collect, and its IP69K rating takes high-pressure, high-temperature washdown, so it belongs on a food, beverage or medical line where the light has to survive the wash cycle.

Built for washdown, and to stay clean

Two things make a light survive a hygienic line: keeping water out and giving contaminants nowhere to sit. The RL322 does both. IP69K — the toughest ingress rating there is, covering close-range high-pressure, high-temperature spray — takes it into wet, hot-cleaned environments a standard ring would not survive, and the crevice-free, FDA-compliant housing has no traps for food, dust or debris. It runs on a standard 24 V DC supply across a 0 to +50 °C range.

Bright-field machine vision on hygienic lines — food and beverage inspection, and medical-device and pharmaceutical inspection where washdown sealing and FDA-compliant hygiene are the constraint.

Where it fits

The RL322 is the washdown bright-field ring: reach for it when the environment, not the image, sets the hardest constraint — high-pressure cleaning, FDA hygiene, and no tolerance for crevices. Where a line does not need washdown sealing, a standard RL ring gives more optical choice for less; where it does, this is the ring that stays sealed.
