RL4260 Medium Aimed Bright Field Ring

The RL4260 is a medium aimed bright field ring light for inspecting flat parts where a compact head is too small and a large ring is more than the field needs. Four M4 mounting screws fix the 99.8 mm housing directly in the machine frame, so it installs without an adapter plate.

A 55.5 mm inner diameter accommodates lenses up to 55 mm in diameter, leaving room for standard optics and filter holders. Precisely aimed LEDs keep the light close to the viewing axis with a level of control conventional illuminators cannot match, so a flat surface returns an even field and defect contrast stays repeatable.

Standoff and field of view are customisable at order time, so the light arrives matched to the inspection geometry. At 33.8 mm deep and 192.8 g the head is light enough for robot and gantry mounting, is rated IP40 and holds L70 lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours. The RL4260 range runs from the ultraviolet through the infrared with an RGB option, and diffuser attachments, polarizer attachments and a mounting ring are available.
