RL5064 Dual Function Ring Light

The RL5064 is a dual function ring light that delivers bright field and dark field illumination from a single head, for inspection stations that need both geometries without a light change. The two fields are controlled independently, so one camera position can capture a surface image and a defect image in consecutive exposures.

The 99.8 mm housing carries a 55.6 mm inner diameter that accommodates lenses up to 55 mm in diameter, leaving room for standard optics. Four M4 mounting screws fix the head in the frame, and an optional 3-point mounting barrel gives a repeatable reference when the light is moved between stations.

Current draw is quoted per field, from 0.12 A bright field and 0.24 A dark field at 24 V, which keeps power budgeting simple when both channels run. The head is 33.8 mm deep and weighs 273.1 g in the standard mounting option, with L70 lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours. The RL5064 range covers wavelengths from the ultraviolet to the infrared and complies with CE and RoHS.
