SL1236 Large Aimed Spot Light

The SL1236 is the large member of the aimed spot light family, for inspection stations that need a defined pattern at a fixed geometry. Standoff and field of view are specified at time of order, so the beam is built to the inspection it was bought for and needs no lens selection or adjustment on site.

Precisely aimed LEDs give a level of lighting control conventional illuminators cannot match, so pattern size and brightness repeat between stations. At 90.7 g the head mounts on a moving axis without counterweighting.

Output reaches 14 kLux at a 100 mm working distance, the highest of the three aimed sizes, and white light lumen maintenance is L70 at 50,000 hours. Current draw on 24 V is 0.18 A for the 625 nm, 660 nm and 880 nm builds and 0.12 A for the shorter wavelength, white and RGB builds, keeping supply sizing simple. The SL1236 range runs from the ultraviolet to the infrared with a 3 channel RGB version, diffuser and polarizer options, rated IP50 and certified to CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
