SL2420 Medium Aimed Spot Light

The SL2420 is the medium member of the aimed spot light family, for stations that need a defined light pattern without the output of the largest head. Standoff and field of view are chosen at time of order, so the light arrives matched to the inspection geometry and needs no adjustment on site.

Precisely positioned LEDs give closer lighting control than a conventional illuminator, so pattern size and brightness repeat from station to station. At 90.7 g the head mounts on a moving axis without counterweighting, and the IP50 housing covers normal factory conditions.

Output reaches 10.1 kLux at a 100 mm working distance, with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours. Current draw on 24 V is 0.12 A for the 625 nm, 660 nm and 880 nm builds and 0.08 A for the shorter wavelength and white builds, falling to between 0.04 A and 0.06 A on other controls. The SL2420 range covers white and 395 nm to 880 nm, with diffuser and polarizer accessories; SL2420-625100L24 is the stock configuration.
