About the AI-SL243-W
The SL243 is a MicroBrite single-LED spot light offering a high performance to size ratio for space-restricted inspection stations. The body measures 60.1 mm by 32.2 mm by 20.0 mm and weighs 40 g, so it fits inside a guard or on a robot arm while still delivering full output.
An M4 mounting nut channel on the base allows position and angle to be adjusted after installation, so the beam is trimmed to the part without a new bracket. An IP65-compliant washdown build measures 62.6 mm by 32.2 mm by 20.4 mm, keeping the same mounting pattern on lines that are hosed down.
Industrial grade high power LEDs run strobed or continuous with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours, so brightness holds through long runs. The SL243 range covers sixteen wavelengths from 365 nm ultraviolet to 940 nm near-infrared, a narrow 8 degree lens, a diffuser option and IP50 or IP65 sealing, certified to CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
