About the AI-SL244-W
The SL244 is a MicroBrite single-LED spot light for inspection stations where there is very little room for a light. The body measures 60.1 mm by 32.2 mm by 20.0 mm and weighs 40 g, so it mounts inside a machine guard or on a moving axis without redesigning the fixture.
An M4 mounting nut channel on the base lets the position and angle be adjusted after installation, so the beam can be trimmed to the part without machining a new bracket. A washdown option seals the head to IP65 at 62.6 mm by 32.2 mm by 20.4 mm, keeping the same mounting pattern for lines that are hosed down.
A narrow 8 degree lens concentrates the output for close and medium working distances, and high power industrial grade LEDs run strobed or continuous with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours. The SL244 range covers sixteen wavelengths from 365 nm to 940 nm and white, with IP50 or IP65 sealing and a diffuser option, certified to CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
