About the AI-SL246-625
The SL246 is an ultra high intensity spot light engineered to put power on target from working distances up to 3 m, well beyond the range of a typical vision light. High power LEDs in a large 81.0 mm canister carry the thermal load that output demands, so intensity holds without derating.
The body is 91.1 mm long and weighs 567 g, and a side-mounted M4 nut channel with three rear M4 taps gives two mounting routes, so the head can be aimed from the side of a frame or bolted flat to a plate. Narrow 14 degree and medium 25 degree lensing set how tightly the projection lands at distance.
High power LEDs run strobed or continuous with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours, keeping long-distance exposures repeatable. The SL246 range covers white and ten wavelengths from 455 nm to 940 nm, with a homogenizer available as a light conditioning option. The unit is not IP rated and is certified to CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
