About the AI-SL256-W
The SL256 is a pattern projecting spot light for reticle-based inspection where laser light is not acceptable, covering gauging, counting and positioning tasks. It takes any standard C-Mount vision lens, so the projection size can be dialled in at whatever working distance the station needs.
The 81.0 mm canister is 112.0 mm long and weighs 362 g, and an M4 mounting nut channel allows the head to be adjusted and aimed after installation. Five reticles are supplied as standard with custom designs available, so the projected pattern can be matched to the feature being measured.
High power industrial grade LEDs deliver uniform, high intensity output strobed or continuous, with white light lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours so a measured pattern stays consistent over time. Cable inline and external controllers give dimming, constant-on and strobing control from the machine. The SL256 range covers white, 455 nm, 530 nm and 625 nm, is rated IP50 and is certified to CE, RoHS and IEC 62471.
