About the ZLP1
The ZLP1 is a compact laser projector for worker guidance at assembly benches, pick-and-place stations and put-to-light picking. It is eye-safe at laser class 2M, so it mounts over a staffed workstation with no enclosure, interlock or eyewear.
The ZLP1 works at 1 to 3 m with fixed focus set at 2 m, the range that suits a bench or a single picking face. A 60 by 60 degree fan angle covers 2309 by 2309 mm at 2 m, enough to put contours across a full work surface from a low ceiling, and several units integrate into one multi-projector system.
Accuracy is 3 mm across that range and projection refreshes at up to 50 Hz, which keeps 2D and 3D contours steady to the eye. The 520 nm green diode runs at 5 mW from 24 V DC, drawing under 40 W, in a 314 by 111 by 96 mm body of 3.4 kg rated IP54. The ZLP1 range offers passive or active cooling, ZLP-Suite software with C++, C# and Python SDKs, and DXF and HPGL input.
