About the ZPT F Module
The ZPT-F is a positioning laser with a temperature-stabilized laser source, built for textile tables, circular saws and machines where the reference line must hold position and brightness through a shift. A unique Peltier cooling design holds the laser diode at temperature and a large cooling surface carries the heat away, so output does not drift as the machine warms up.
An integrated heavy duty power supply takes 90 to 265 VAC directly with high immunity to interference, removing the need for a separate driver. It ships with a standard, US or EU power plug. Focusing is adjustable on site, bringing the line to minimum width and best visibility at the distance in use.
Red output powers are from 635 to 642 nm at up to 60 mW in APC mode with a current limiter, as a line or an elliptical dot, at laser class 1M, 2 or 2M by version. The powder-coated aluminium body measures 280 mm by 40 mm in diameter with a black anodized optic head, is potential-free, rated IP65, and works from -10 to +50 degrees C.
