ZQ1 High Power

The ZQ1 is a compact high-performance laser module for demanding measurement work, from 3D triangulation and road and rail inspection through spectroscopy and precision metrology. Integrated active Peltier cooling holds the diode in its optimal temperature window, which allows long-term power stability inside 1 percent over 24 hours and warm-up under 2 minutes.

Configurations reach 2500 mW of optical output at 808 nm, 760 nm and 450 nm, all Class 3B under EN 60825-1. Powell lens optics come in standard and extended depth of focus versions with fan angles from 55 to 80 degrees, homogeneous intensity distribution and line straightness of 0.06 percent or better, and manual focus covers 100 to 10000 mm.

Supply is 12 to 24 VDC at under 40 W on a 5-pin M12 plug, with a second 8-pin M12 for RS-232 and I2C and a graphical user interface for status, power and configuration. Digital modulation runs to 200 kHz. The 159 x 65.2 x 51.5 mm body weighs 0.691 kg, is rated IP67 and certified to railway standard DIN EN 61373:2011-04.
