ZQ1 Magic Line

The ZQ1-MagicLine is is the brightest eye-safe line laser in its class. A high-output positioning laser, it is ideal for sawmills, bridge and concrete saws, logistics, safety areas and surface inspection. It delivers 600 mW of optical power at laser class 2M, so the line is highly visible in bright surroundings while the installation stays eye-safe.

Green light at 520 nm is the wavelength the human eye perceives most readily, and a 70 degree fan angle gives a long line with straightness inside 0.1 percent, so one unit spans a wide working area. Manual focusing over 100 to 10,000 mm sets the line width for the distance in use.

Temperature stabilization holds wavelength drift under 1 nm and long-term power stability inside 1 percent, with pointing stability under 6 microradians per kelvin and warm-up in under two minutes. Supply is 12 to 24 VDC on a 5-pin M12 plug at under 40 W, and a machine vision variant adds TTL modulation to 200 kHz. The 205 by 65.2 by 53.3 mm aluminium body weighs 740 g, mounts on four M4 screws to a heat sink, and is rated IP 67.
