About the ZRG-F Module
The ZRG-F is a green line laser for exceptionally long and bright laser lines, ideal for sawmills, textile cutting tables and natural stone processing. A diode-pumped solid-state source at 532 nm puts high perceived brightness on the workpiece, so the reference reads clearly across a wide working area.
Four power classes cover 5 mW to 40 mW, all focusable, so line width is set at the working distance and the power class matched to the safety case. Optics are a line or a circular dot. A large cooling surface handles heat dissipation, which is what keeps output steady in a dusty mill.
The wide-range power supply is integrated and takes 90 to 265 VAC through a power plug, so the unit runs without a separate driver. Laser class is 2M and the diode runs in APC mode with a current limiter. The powder-coated aluminum body measures 329 mm by 40 mm in diameter with a black anodized optic head, is potential-free, rated IP65, and works from 0 to +35 degrees C.
