About the ZX10-M
The ZX10 is a fixed focus line laser module for industrial image processing, triangulation sensors and 3D measurement. All optical components are aligned by robot during automated production, which brings boresight error down to less than 0.8 mrad typical and makes beam quality repeatable from unit to unit.
At just 10mm in diameter and 33 mm long, the stainless steel ZX10 weighs 30g. Protection class is IP 50, or IP 67 with the cap fitted, and shock and vibration follow IEC EN 61373:2011 category 2.
Depending on the application, the ZX10 is available in red and infrared wavelengths with red output power of 30 mW at 640 nm or 40 mW at 685 nm in APC mode. Start-up is under 70 us and pointing stability better than 10 urad per K. Fan angle options of 5 and 10 degrees sit alongside 20 to 90 degree options for uniform lines.
