About the Dolphin
The Dolphin is a hygienic stainless steel housing for cameras on food and pharmaceutical lines cleaned with high-pressure hot water. The V4A AISI 316L body carries an IP69K rating with the hygiene cable gland fitted, so the camera stays sealed through a full wash-down cycle.
The Dolphin takes cameras up to 40 x 40 mm in cross section and lenses up to 55 mm in diameter, in a 63 mm diameter cylinder with no ledges or pockets for product to collect. Three lengths at 167, 207 and 237 mm cover short and long optics on the same hygienic mount, and the Hygienic Building Kit joins enclosure, tube and gland into one cleanable run.
Weight runs 1360 g to 1710 g, and the 45 mm window aperture keeps the field clear. The Dolphin range offers FDA-compliant uncoated acrylic, coated acrylic, BK7, sapphire and germanium windows, hygiene cable glands sealing cables from 15 to 25 mm, and heating and cooling modules.
